I believe that everybody can practice yoga and enjoy the many benefits it offers. A daily yoga routine can be transforming to your heart, mind and body; when practiced with awareness and intention. I invite you to join me in a yoga practice that most suits your needs, whether it be meditation and breathwork, gentle stretching, or invigorating sun salutations and inversions. My teaching style is heart centered, incorporating a focus on the breath as it connects to mindful movement and optimal alignment principles. The goal of our yoga practice is to embody a graceful flow in all of our actions, cultivating clarity, balance and mindfulness, whether we are on the mat or engaging in our everyday activities.

Private sessions can include a combination of yoga offerings and/or herbal therapy consultations.
Private sessions are conducted in a private setting at Knit 102, Yarn, Yoga and More.
Private or small group sessions cost $60 for 60 - 75 minutes or $120 for 3 sessions.
Note: Please bring a mat, blocks, and any other props that will help facilitate a more optimal practice. Dress comfortably and arrive a few minutes early to get set up.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I am a certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and have participated in over 500 hours of yoga teacher trainings. My original 200 hour teacher training was with Todd Norian, Ann Greene and Marsha Nieland in Anusara Yoga. My recent studies have been in therapeutic yoga with Todd Norian of Ashaya Yoga and Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater. I am currently continuing yoga studies in the advanced teacher training program at Prairie Yoga Institute of Chicago, to complete a 500 hour yoga certification.
